If you are not 100% happy with your bracelets, you are welcome to contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Please email us at email@example.com and we will guide you through the process.
Note: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you return a broken or defective item, only a partial refund can be made.
All items come with a 1-month (30 days) warranty. You can decide to get a replacement of the same item or choose something else from our shop. We will refund or charge the difference to you where applicable.
If we request you to ship the original broken or defective item(s) back to us, we will cover your return costs, so you won’t have to pay anything on top of the original amount for your order.
